The chart below shows enrollment trendlines for Marin county public TK-12 districts and schools from the 2012-13 school year (the Partnership’s baseline data year) through the most recent, publicly accessible, California Department of Education (CDE) “Census Day” enrollment data. The CDE collects Census Day data from each district on the first Wednesday in October through its California Longitudinal Pupil Achievement Data System (CALPADS).

The K-12 data is published each Spring but the TK data is not published until the following year (Jan/Feb).

Please note, enrollment data represents the number of students counted on Census Day which is different from a district’s “Average Daily Attendance” or ADA data. Click HERE if you’d like to learn more about how students are counted in our public school system.
