This team is working together to identify and align teaching, tutoring and mentoring practices that deepen student learning and build math confidence. The team uses rapid-cycle data from common assessments to help members identify and implement high-impact practices related to academic, social and emotional issues associated with a student’s relationship to math.
While middle schools, high schools and community partners have always worked together in various ways, they are now building a consistent, mutually reinforcing, positive educational experience for students both in and out of school that will also carry over with them from middle school to high school.
