The Partnership Council provides strategic guidance and directs the work of the Partnership.
Members are public champions for the collective work of the Partners and the Partnership. Each agency on the Partnership Council agrees to align with the Cradle-to-Career framework and to work together through the Partnership’s Collaborative Improvement Process. These leadership agencies agree to make a public racial equity statement, share their data, and participate in the work of at least one Collaborative Action Team. Partnership Council members commit to conducting a regular Racial Equity Self-Assessment and to continuously improve on their Cultural Responsiveness.
