Through improving shared access to student-level data and embedding support services on campus during the school day, this team has been able to integrate nonprofit and school-based supports to increase the number of students completing financial aid forms and college applications. Through all-school rallies, in-class workshops, and one-on-one follow-up, this team is beginning to see enrollment equity gaps close in both districts.
