After a months-long search for a Partnership Operations Coordinator, we are thrilled to welcome Cheramie Johnson to the Backbone Team! Many of you may already know Cheramie, as she has worked as an adjunct professor at Dominican University, and most recently served as the Leyendo Juntos coordinator. From this experience, and similar ones before it, Cheramie knows first-hand how to support educational equity efforts in a hybrid environment, and will be a tremendous capacity boost to our team and Partnership.
Cheramie will serve as the administrative lead for the Early Childhood, Educators for Equity, Antiracism, and Digital Inclusion teams as well as take over management for our day-to-day office & financial administration functions from Jacqui.
