This role is ideally suited for a visionary leader who is deeply committed to equity, inclusion, and advancing transformative change in Marin’s educational landscape. The CEO will play a pivotal role in fostering aligned action across the Partnership network toward common racial equity goals, championing Marin’s growing educational equity movement, leading the Partnership’s Backbone Staff, and sustaining the financial viability of the Partnership as it works towards its mission to eliminate systematic disparities for all children in Marin County.
