This cross sector, community-based, regional approach seeks to improve educational outcomes in concert with efforts to reduce health disparities and increase well-being for children, families and communities throughout West Marin. The West Marin Kindergarten Readiness and College and Career Program Completion Action Teams, in partnership with the West Marin Collaborative, The West Marin Fund and local schools, parents, and community based organizations are leveraging a unique, integrated, regional strategy within the Cradle to Career approach.
